I had a water pipe burst under the slab of my house. We shut off the water and called Tanner of Kauai mold and fire and he was there within an hour and a half. He explained the process of what would happen after he showed me readings while I was standing there with his machines to show the moisture content of what walls versus drywall's wet slabs versus dry slabs. Very professional he also speaks Insurance claims very well as that is mostly a process that he will deal with in most of his situations in his business, which put me at ease right away With an hours of our meeting, his Crew was on the site with heaters dryers, taping things off ceiling up the affected rooms and cutting out drywall It kind of happened so fast got me a little nervous But all is going well I would recommend this company to anybody and I have been on the island for 40 years and a business owner for over 25 years here on The island of Kauai
